Warranty

• Kairo will repair  manufacturing faults limited to  or changes to polish  free of charge up to 6months from the the original date of receipt. Please retain your proof of purchase as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.
• The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.
• General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.
• We advise you to take appropriate care for your jewllery as advised in the jewellery care form.

Repair

• This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment.
• We offer a  repairs service including replacing clasps, fixing clasps, soledering work, and tightening clips and clasps.
• If your jewellery is outside the warranty and there is no proof of purchase it will be provided at a small cost.
• Each piece will be inspected and in such case where there is damage caused by general wear and tear and misuse kairo will charge for the repair
• In some circumstances it may not be possible to repair the damage caused.
