Return Policy
- Shopping online can tricky and cumbersome. At Kairo we understand these problems. Sometimes you may need some time to decide whether you want to hang on to what you’ve bought, or simply return it because it turned out to be different compared to what you had in mind. That’s why we offer 4 days to decide.

We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.

Simply you can conveniently return any unworn/unused item for a credit coupon, within 4 days from the date of delivery by either whatsapping us on the given number: 97195999555 or emailing us on customercare@kairojewellery.com
- Customers must notify us of a return within 4 days of receiving an order.
- All products are carefully checked before dispatch, however in case any damage is surfaced subsequent to the purchase, the same will be replaced upon inspection . Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the product, with a picture of the damaged product to report a problem. Any damage problem reported after 48 hours wont be eligible for an exchange.
- Since these products are handmade and have natural gemstones, slight variations and imperfections should be expected.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the condition handed over. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- To complete your return, we would require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- After 4 days of receiving your order, no refunds can be processed.
There are certain situations where only no returns/refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is informed more than 4 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved for exchange / replacement/ credit note, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition. No request for return or exchange or credit note for the same shall be approved beyond 3 days of delivery.

Credit Value will be for the full value of the products returned, excluding any shipping/COD charges and will be valid for a period of 6 whole months.
- The Shipping Charges will not be Borne by us for the same and will have to be borne by the customer unless the piece is damaged or defected.
